# Operational Environments

How PoWV frames fixed, mobile, remote, and hybrid industrial connectivity.

Industrial connectivity is not only a networking problem. It is an evidence-continuity problem.

## Public requirements by condition

## Transport independence

The public architecture does not depend on one terrestrial, satellite, cellular, or local transport. Connectivity is treated as a deployment concern governed by evidence durability, authorization, and reconciliation requirements.

## Enterprise integration

Authorized systems may consume an assurance outcome for audit, compliance, risk, insurance, finance, or reporting. Customer-specific schemas, connectors, credentials, and deployment procedures are restricted.
